Probuphine is an implantable form of buprenorphine, FDA approved for the treatment of opioid use disorder. Easily implanted beneath the skin of the inside arm, the four small rods provide a steady dose of medication lasting 6-months. Both Dr. Frost and Dr. Bobb are leading experts in Probuphine treatment having been involved in it's development as well as being two of only a select number of physicians in the U.S. to be approved by the FDA to act as trainers to teach other physicians the implant and removal procedures.
